Practice and confortableHad this for a while now - at least a year.1. Don't misread the description, it has a "wake up light" that is part of the alarm functionality, not an "OK to wake" light2. It runs fast. I haven't measured it but in a period of just weeks it's a few minutes ahead. I was inspired to write this review because I just heard my daughter's alarm go off on her room a few minutes before mine.3. One of the LED lights on the face has failed, so now 8 looks like 6.I've never seen that happen on a clock before4. It has two alarms and you can set them to be 5 days or 7 days a week BUT there is no weekends only option and you can't even independently set one to 5 days and the other to 7. Most of the time we use alarm 1 just on school days, but if we need a weekend alarm then on Friday night we have to a) turn of alarm 1, b) turn on alarm 2 c) change the setting to 7 days, then on Sunday night reverse everything.5. Single sound and volume for both alarms.6. It's not to hard to program the alarm once you know how. But it's initially confusing until you realize that the 5/7 days setting, sound and volume are set once, at the end, for both alarms.7. Other functions like magnet, sound activation, and temperature we don't use.It was terrific, but at first, setting up everything was confusing. I have to give it 4/5 because of the confusion/complication. However, I watched youtube it helped me to figure it out. So I recommend you to watch youtube. The first picture shows what the clock looks like when you aren’t near it and so the time doesn’t show until it senses motion nearby and then the time illuminates as the second picture shows. My 8 year old daughter loves this clock and honestly so do I! However I felt the need to leave a review about the fact that the time doesn’t stay continuously displayed because I didn’t see any other reviews about it. It’s the only thing we don’t like about this cute clock but I guess that’s how the battery lasts forever by conserving power by not having the time stay constantly displayed. The time does appear as soon as the clock senses motion nearby but, again, you wouldn’t be able to look at it from across the room to tell the time. This really isn’t a problem for us as we mostly use the clock when we go to bed for the night light. The night light is a perfect very relaxing dim light that honestly I even find very relaxing when I put my daughter to bed. It’s a nice mood light in a way. Would still buy it again it serves its purpose for us well! The packaging for this alarm clock was very nice, felt like you were unboxing an iPhone or something. The clock it self is really nice, it not heavy but has some weight to it so it doesn't feel cheep at all. The silicone is soft and the ears are too cute. The ears are hollow so you can't bend or position them or anything but they can be pulled down and they pop right back up to their original position. The set up was a tiny bit annoying because if you pause for to long it exits the set up and you have to go back in, but it was easy for the most part. My daughter is excited to try it out for her first day of school tomorrow. I would recommend this to a friend, the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because we just got it and want to see how it performs when we put it to use.It doesn’t stay lit all the time. It goes to sleep and you have to touch it to wake it up. I would assume there is a setting to change that but I have been unable to figure that out. It is cute though.I bought this alarm clock for my 7 year old to help her with our morning routine during the week and we love it. Within a few days of using it we had much easier mornings. It's no longer a struggle to get moving for school and we all get along better. Having the alarm clock has helped her be in more control of her time. PROS - 1) It is so easy and intuitive to program that I did not even need the manual. 2) My daughter loves the design, especially that the bunny ears glow 10mns before the alarm sounds. 3) It can be programmed for a M-F schedule. 4) It has multiple alarm sound optionsCONS - 1) it has a USB power cord that is a bit too short to reach when we have the clock on her dresser. Probably not an issue if you use it on a lower surface like a night stand. 2) the time on the display is rather bright and took us some time to adjust.Overall we love this clock so much we bought a second one for my 3 year old too.
