Things to know:-Easy assembly, but takes 2 people-all screws do into metal nuts, truss nuts or barrel nuts - no screwing into wood-long crossbars at base are a bit flimsy without mattress, but seem like they will hold up fine for our toddler-mattress sits directly on the floor - not an issue for us. Photo is with a 9” mattress-a top sheet from a twin set is just big enough to make a “roof”Overall pleased with the purchase especially considering the price.
